The hotel's location is superb, very close to popular attractions and convenient for shopping and dining options. The rooms are comfortable, but some could use modernization, and cleanliness was an issue for me. The service was friendly and helpful, yet not always effective. My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are comfortable and up to international standards of comfort, which I really appreciated. The service was a bit hit-or-miss as they refused to call a taxi, but eventually helped out. However, they can speak English and were generally helpful. The location is the standout feature, being so close to the Wangfujing metro and the Pedestrian Street.
